Shipping: We offer free shipping if you buy over 600 SEK. If this amount is not reached, we charge a weight-based shipping fee, the higher the total weight of the package, the more it costs to send. We use Postnord for our deliveries. For smaller packages that go in the mailbox, you can choose MyPac Small. For larger packages, MyPac Collect applies, with delivery to a Post Office or Parcel Box. If you have a company, you can choose company shipping with delivery to the company.

Purchase: When ordering, a purchase agreement is only concluded when we have confirmed the order through an e-mailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without manual review. In the event of any errors in, for example, the indication of price, delivery time, sold-out items, etc., we reserve the right to correct this subsequently.

We do not enter into contracts with minors (under 18 years of age) without the consent of a guardian.

Right of withdrawal: According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, you as a customer have a full right to return and exchange for 14 days after you have received the goods. This is provided that the goods are in a substantially unchanged condition, i.e. unused and not destroyed or damaged. Refunds will be made within 30 days after we receive notification of cancellation of the purchase. In the event of a return/exchange, the buyer pays the shipping. Complaints: According to the Consumer Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to complain for three years after you have received the goods. In the event of a complaint, Läderspecialisten is responsible for shipping costs. We will refund the customer no later than 30 days from the day we receive notification that the customer has returned the complained-about goods.

In the event of a complaint, the following applies:

– Contact us at info@laderspecialisten.se – First and foremost, an attempt will be made to fix the defect in the product. – Should this not be possible, the customer will be replaced with an equivalent product. – Should no equivalent product be available, the customer will be refunded the value of the claimed product.

Payment: We cooperate with Klarna and in addition to invoice payment via Klarna, we also accept Visa, Master Card and direct payment via bank (Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea) as payment methods through Klarna Checkout. Your receipt will state that payment was made to Inge AB, which is the receiving party when purchasing in the webshop.

In addition to the above payment methods, it is also possible to pay with Swish. This payment service is not available through Klarna Checkout.

We comply with the Distance Selling Act. No extra card fees are charged, and no amount greater than what you have approved for the item can ever be deducted.

Returns: If you regret your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days from the date you received it. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received. Therefore, it is important that you make sure that you pack the item properly.

Please enclose a copy of the receipt or delivery note with the returned product. Once the returned product has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded to your account immediately.

Unclaimed packages: Packages sent to the shipping company's agent (Postnord, DHL, Schenker) and not picked up on time will be returned to us. If the customer chooses to have the order resent, an additional shipping fee will be charged. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the shipping fee charged will not be refunded, and a handling fee of SEK 100 will be charged to the customer.

Warranty: All products are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act 's three-year warranty. This means that you as a customer can report defects in the product that have occurred within three years of purchase (not wear and tear). Notification of defects must be made within a reasonable time. If, against all odds, you receive a faulty product or something is missing, contact us immediately and we will help you rectify the situation.

Personal data processing when you shop in our webshop: When you shop at www.laderspecialisten.se You can choose to shop while logged in as a previous customer or without logging in as a guest. When making a purchase, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions.

Ordering without logging into your account: When you place your order, we need to know who you are, and we need your name and email address to which all information regarding the order will be sent, as well as your address to be able to send your order to your home.

Ordering while logged into your account at Läderspecialisten: If you are logged into your account, your contact information will be retrieved from our customer database. The purchase will be registered in your account with us, which means that you will be able to see it in your purchase history when you are logged into your pages. If you have an account with us, you can log in at the top of the front page or directly at the checkout.

Payment: When paying by invoice, we need your social security number, this is so that our invoice partner Klarna can do a credit check. A delivery note is printed at our warehouse in connection with packing your order, but after that all handling of your invoice takes place via Klarna. If you pay by card, payment is also made in this case via Klarna. In connection with your order, money will be deducted from your account, and with this, Klarna will communicate with your bank regarding the transaction.

When paying with Swish, the payment goes directly through your bank without going through Klarna.

Delivery: In order for us to be able to send your order, we need your name, address, email, and your mobile number for notification of your delivery via SMS. This information is sent from us to the various carriers we work with, currently PostNord and Schenker. Notification regarding the delivery of your package is made by one of their transport agents.

Analysis tools and Cookies: We use analysis tools such as Google Analytics to improve and develop our webshop. This development work is done, among other things, on the basis of the statistics about how users behave on Läderspecialisten.se that we obtain in Google Analytics.

To determine who visits our webshop, we use cookies to create demographic and user-related statistics. This allows us to customize and create content that meets the interests of our customers. If you do not want to receive cookies, you can either block all cookies, delete existing cookies from your computer, and/or set your computer to warn you before cookies are saved.

How long is the personal data stored? The personal data we collect in connection with your order and delivery is stored for 36 months from the time of delivery. This is the period during which you have the right to make a complaint or make a claim about a product under Swedish law.
