Viper Top Coat is a surface finish used to seal Viper Polycryl Leather & Vinyl Paint. The seal provides a more durable surface and allows you to control the gloss level of the finish. The finish can also be used separately to seal polyurethane surfaces (faux leather) that have started to become sticky.
The surface finish is water-based with a polycarbonate base, the same as Viper Polycryl Leather & Vinyl Paint.
